George Jeffrey Bush

George Jeffrey Bush, 59, passed away on January 27, 2015 following a long illness.  Jeff was born June 26, 1955 in Toledo to the late George and Geraldine (Baker) Bush.   He graduated from St. Johns High School and went on to earn his degree in journalism from the University of Toledo.  Jeff was a sports and music writer for The Blade.  He was an outstanding musician and found great enjoyment in visiting the State of Hawaii, where he lived for a brief time. He is lovingly survived by his sisters, Teresa Ann (Tim) Selgo and Lynn Marie (Todd) Kalanquin; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 6, 2015 in the Chapel at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5373 Main St., Sylvania, with interment to follow at Ravine Cemetery.
