Geneva M. Moritz

Geneva M. Moritz, 92, of Martin, died in the Genoa Care Center Monday morning, January 14, 2008. Geneva was born February 7, 1915, in Elmore, Ohio, to John H. and Clara A. Heileman Langerman. On January 1, 1942, in Woodville, Ohio, she married Galen Moritz and he preceded her in death August 2, 1971. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ in Genoa and had been an active member of the Ruthenians. Years ago Geneva enjoyed bowling. Geneva is survived by several nieces and nephews. Her parents, husband, three sisters, and three brothers preceded her in death. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2008, in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, Genoa. The funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 17, 2008, with interment to follow in Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa. Memorials may be directed to St. Johns United Church of Christ, Genoa, or the donors choice.
