Gayle Ann Runion

Gayle A. Runion, 62, of Genoa, died Thursday, December 23, 2010, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born May 31, 1948, in Toledo to Galen and Betty Jane Jacobsen Scott. Gayle was married to Danny Runion, who passed away in 2007. Gayle worked at Petro as a cashier for the past 12 years. Her hobbies included working latch-hook rugs and traveling, especially to Nashville and the Smokies; but she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Scott Runion, Sr. and daughter, Holly Charles Baldwin, her grandchildren, Amanda, Scott, Jr., Robby, Kaylee and Alyssa, great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madison and Michael and sister-in-law, Sharon Swartz. Gayle was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Traci, granddaughter, Sydnie and her loving former husband, Danny. There will be gathering from 12-5 p.m., Sunday, January 30, 2011, at Pub 51, Woodville Rd., Northwood. Graveside services will be conducted at a later date. Memorials for Gayle may be given to the family. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory of Genoa has assisted the family with arrangements.
