Gary W. Wamsley

Gary Wayne Wamsley, 69, of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away Friday, April 2nd, 2021 at his home. He was born July 25th, 1951, in Port Clinton, Ohio to Thelma Marie and Ezra Wamsley Sr. who preceded him in death. Gary was retired and loved spending time with family and friends. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan, Cleveland Browns fan, and enjoyed cheering on the LA Lakers and the NY Yankees. You could find him playing pull tabs or keno at his favorite local establishment. What Gary loved the most was his beautiful wife Terry, his daughters, and grandchildren. He loved unconditionally, and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all. Survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Terry LaNier Wamsley. Daughters Jessica Wamsley, Melissa (Brian) Harder, and Monica (Adam) Ayers. His beloved grandchildren, Rob, Darren, Rylie, Ayden, Alana, Isaac, Zachary, and Aldyn. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 6th, 2021 from 1pm to 5pm with Services to follow at 5pm at the Gerner-Wolf- Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton, Ohio, 43452.
