Gary R. Slicker

Goodbyes are not forever, are not the end, it simply means Ill miss you until we meet again. Gary R. Slicker age 74, of Toledo, Ohio died tragically on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Gary retired from Nollenberger in Monroe, MI in 2013. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was known for his quick wit and easy going nature. He leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia Slicker; children, Todd Slicker, Teri (Mel) Amos, Tiffany (Sean) Westhoven; grandchildren, Katlyn and Tyler Westhoven and Ryley Amos and sister, Janice Lorenzen. Also surviving are his special grand dogs, Diego and Sophie. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Helen Slicker. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Friday October 27, 2017 from 4-8 PM. Services will be held on Saturday, October 28 at 11 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 4560 Glendale Ave Toledo, Ohio 43614.
