Gary Michael Nailor

Gary Michael Nailor, 42, a life long resident of Maumee, passed away unexpectedly January 14, 2008. Gary was born June 27, 1965 to Forrest and Suzanne Nailor of Maumee. A 1984 graduate of Maumee High School, Gary was formerly employed with COSI and worked many years in the carpentry business. Gary was an avid fisherman and hunter, he had a great love for gardening and cooking. Gary will be dearly missed by his parents; brother, John Nailor of Sylvania Township; sister, Nicole Hinsey of Maumee; nephew, Ben Hinsey and niece, Ally Hinsey both of Maumee; and his four-legged buddy Jake; all his cooking buddies especially Aunt Rosemary and Uncle Scott Bowman and Jeff. He is also survived by his great uncle and aunt, Rogier and Barbara Renaux; uncle and aunts, Thomas Laubenthal, Kathryn Fauver, Judy Stevens, Paul and Barb Laubenthal, Elaine Isabell, Larry and Valerie Neyhart; and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Howard and Mary Nailor and Wilbur and Evelyn Laubenthal. Visitation for family and friends will be at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee, on Thursday from 2 to 8 PM. Graveside services will be held at the Riverside Cemetery in Maumee on Friday at 10 AM. Contributions in Garys name may be given to the Toledo Area Metro Parks.
