Gary Allen Walker

Gary Allen Walker, age 56 of Maumee, entered into eternal life on Saturday March 28, 2009 in his home. Gary was born in Toledo, OH on February 28, 1953 to Richard Nelson and Jean Lenore Davison Walker. A 1972 graduate of Maumee High School, Gary was a Navy veteran who specialized in electronics and served on the USS Brumby. He was employed in construction with the former Sohio. He is survived by his mother, Jean L. Walker; brother, Thomas Pam Walker; niece, Andrea Walker; nephews, Christopher Dawn Walker, Matthew Kim Walker and Paul Kate Walker; great nephews, James and Alex; several aunts and uncles and cousins. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Richard and his sister, Terry Walker. A memorial service will be held at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St. on Saturday April 4, 2009 at 11:00 am. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Heartland Hospice for the exceptional care Gary received.
