Frederick A Beringer

Frederick A. “Fred” Beringer, 66, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away March 22, 2017 at home. Fred was born January 18, 1951 to Raymond W. and Helen B. (Leach) Beringer in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Fred married the love of his life, Florence Tabbert, on August 17. He was a butcher for Foodtown for 33 years. He enjoyed fishing and listening to rock and roll. He loved spending time with his family and will be remembered by his support and encouragement to be the best they can be. Fred is survived by his wife Florence; children Amy Pauken, Fred Beringer, Jennifer (Rick) Maxfield, David Babcock; grandchildren Zach, Ariel, Nick, Alaina, Makenna, Mya, Kameron, Paige, Noah; siblings Cathy (John) Bumbaugh, Tom (Betty) Beringer, Rachel (Mark) Miller, Chris (Lisa) Jaeger; honorary step-father Richard J. Jaeger; and many loving nieces and nephews. Fred is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Joann (David) Fisher. Friends and family will be received Friday, March 24, 2017 at Neville Funeral Home Southwest Chapel 7438 Airport Highway Holland, Ohio 43528 (419-865-8879) from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a service to be held at 7:00 pm.
