Fred L. Pinotti, age 70, of Toledo passed away Thursday May 23, 2013. He was born June 24, 1942 in Vineland, N.J. to Alfred D. and Margarita Tasso Pinotti. During his childhood years, his family would return during the summer to New Jersey to visit family and friends, specifically the sea shore of Stone Harbor. He was a 1961 graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School. He pursued his interest in architectural design by attending Kent State University School of Architecture. This grew into a passion for Architecture and residential building. Fred and his longtime friend, Renwick Miller, formed the Carrietown Building Company. Fred loved the water especially the Catawba area and the Lake Erie Islands. He and his close friends would frequent the Lake Eire Islands during the summer or simply take a Sunday drive to the Catawba area. Fred is survived by his only son, Nicholas Paige OLoughlin and 5 cousins in the New Jersey area. He was preceded in death by his parents and close brother, Frank J. Pinotti. Friends may visit the family on Monday May 27, 2013 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd where services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday.
