Fred Cutcher

Fred Cutcher, 67, of Oak Harbor, died Sunday, December 9, 2007, in his home. He was born September 27, 1940, in Port Clinton, Ohio, to Edward and Leona Velliquette Cutcher. On November 3, 1978, in Port Clinton he married Beverly Hagg, who survives. For several years Fred worked at Brush-Wellman in Elmore and for the past two years own and operated Cutcher
