Frank E Horn

Frank E. Horn, 55, of Toledo, died May 17, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. He was born in Toledo on Sept. 16, 1960 to Robert J. (Helen J. Klotz) Horn, both of whom preceded him in death. He worked in most of his life doing building maintenance. Frank was a disabled Army Veteran and was proud of his service to his country. Frank was a very loving and caring man who will be sadly missed by his family. Surviving are his brother: Patrick Horn, Sister: Cheryle (David) LaPlante, and many nieces and nephews.
