Frances Loving

Frances L. (Evans) Loving, 90, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2015 at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center. Frances was born in Red Star, West Virginia on December 2, 1925 to James and Estelle (Champe) Evans. Frances married Thomas H. Loving, Jr. and he preceded her in death. She was a housewife and attended East Toledo Baptist Church. Frances is survived by her children, Thomas (Phyllis) Loving III and Roger (Barbara) Loving, six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and brother, James Evans. Friends will be received at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main Street, Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419) 666-3121 on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 12:00-2:00 pm. with funeral services taking place at 2:00 pm. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to East Toledo Baptist Church.
