Frances L. Chatt, 93, of Oak Harbor, died early Friday morning, December 28, 2012, in Riverview Healthcare Campus. Frances was born March 3, 1919, in Burlington, Iowa, to William and Mattie Burr Reyburn. On May 22, 1943, in San Diego, California, she married Lloyd M. Chatt, Jr., who preceded her in death in 1977. Frances was a registered nurse and had worked for the Ottawa County Health Department for 12 years and for 3 years at Riverview Nursing Home. She was a member of the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church, the Retired Nurses Association of H.B. Magruder Hospital, a member of the Literary Social Club of Oak Harbor and the 3rd Tuesday Gallery Group at the Toledo Museum of Art. She was a previous member of the Eastern Star, Oak Harbor chapter. Frances is survived by her daughters, Annette Robert Green of Oak Harbor, Ohio, Mary Lee Kemper of Gahanna, Ohio, Patricia Bill Triplett Murray of Ottawa, Kansas, and Nancy Jo David Sproul of Bear, Delaware; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Katherine Frederick Peterson, and brothers, Charles, Allison, and Herbert Dalton. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Sunday, December 30, 2012, at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor. The funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 31, 2012, followed by interment in LaCarpe Cemetery, Lacarne, Ohio. The family has suggested memorials for Frances to go to St. Labre Indian School, Ashland, MT 59003; the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church, 360 E. Water St., Oak Harbor, OH 43449; Oak Harbor Masonic Lodge Scholarship Fund, 109 1/2 W. Water St., Oak Harbor, OH 43449; and the Riverview Auxiliary, 8180 W. St. Rt. 163, Oak Harbor, OH 43449.
