Florence M. Floro

Florence M. Floro, 79, of Genoa, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009 in the Lost Creek Care Center, Lima, Ohio. Florence was born in Genoa to Otto and Marian Koch Wilka and married Allen B. Floro, also in Genoa, on September 29, 1951. He preceded her in death on September 19, 1953. Florence was a member of the Worldwide Church of God. Survivors include her son, Allen H. Pat Floro of Elida, Ohio, four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sister, Alice Clink of Gibsonburg, Ohio, and brother, Lester Wika of Tucson, AZ.. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Dorothy Lindsey, and brothers, Richard and Harold Wilka. A graveside service for Florence will be conducted at 11 AM, on Monday, March 16, 2009 in the Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa. The family suggests memorial contributions, in Florences name, be to the Allen Clay Joint Fire District Station #3 Genoa. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory of Genoa are assisting the family with arrangements.
