Fannie Moritz

Fannie R. Moritz, 88, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Evangelical Home-Saline. She was born April 30, 1927 in Toledo, Ohio to William and Dora (Ochs) Petcoff. Fannie was a bus driver for Clay Schools, a legal secretary, worked for Jobst, and was a Director at the Oregon Senior Center for many years. She loved to dance, sing, cook and bake, but most of all, she loved life itself. Her children were her life. She is survived by her children, Jeff (Kristi Sigler) Moritz, Joyce (Wayne) Witt, and Joanne (Dale) Wolniewicz; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Jayne Klaiber and grandson, Ryan Wolniewicz. Friends will be received Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Hoeflinger Bolander Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave, Oregon, (419-691-6768). Funeral services will be held at 1 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oregon Senior Center or Arbor Hospice of Michigan.
