Evelyn Grace Macdonald

Evelyn Grace MacDonald, age 90, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away at home on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 5, 1926 to Andrew and Mary (Stepic) Slak. Evelyn enjoyed reading, golfing and gardening. She was also a member of Maumee Elks for many years. Evelyns greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Ed) Platzer; son, Rian (Angie) Forkapa; son, Eric Forkapa; daughter, Jody Forkapa; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Evelyn was preceded in death by her first husband, Milan Bud Forkapa and second husband, Robert H. MacDonald. Friends and family will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 2:00 PM until the time of Services at 5:00 PM.
