FRANZ EVELYN M. Evelyn M. Franz age 95 of Maumee died Thursday April 3rd, 2008 at Elizabeth Scott Care Center. Evelyn was born in Defiance, OH on May 19, 1912 to Joseph and Emma Stone Parker. She was retired from the former First National Bank as head teller. Evelyn was a Lifetime member of Maumee United Methodist Church, Maumee. She is survived by her son, Gary Diane Franz; daughter, Darla Kern; grandsons, Michael Keri Franz, James Katherine Franz and 6 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Eleanor Conard Shelly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert in 1991; brothers, Richard, Wilmer and Charles Parker; sisters, Rosemary Brummett and Dorothy Koons. A graveside service will be held on Saturday April 5, 2008 at 2 pm at Riverside Cemetery, Maumee.
