Evelyn Bochaczenko

Evelyn Bochaczenko, 66, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022, surrounded by her husband and sons. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 29, 1956, to David and Hallie Ann (Medley) Duncan.

Evelyn is survived by her loving husband, John; her sons, Jason Garner (fiancé Matthew) and Brent; her grandson, Drake; and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Chris and Linda Lane. She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Hallie Ann Duncan; her brother, Gary; her sisters, Gladys and Nancy; and her parents-in-law, Edward and Rose Bochaczenko, and brothers-in-law Mike Bochaczenko and Bob Dittman.

Celebration of Life services will be held Saturday, May 21 ^st at 3pm a t the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #2322, 658 Lime City Rd., Rossford, OH 43460. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, Rossford (419-666-1566).  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Evelyn’s name.
