Evelyn G Miller Baum

Evelyn G. (Miller) Baum, 93, of Perrysburg and formerly of Rudolph, Ohio died Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Perrysburg Manor. She was born on December 17, 1924 to Harold Dewitt and Gladys R. (Robey) Miller. She graduated from McComb High School and was a member of the Baptist Church in Rudolph. Evelyn married her sweetheart, Daniel F. Baum in Findlay, Ohio on January 2, 1946. They spent 41 years together until his passing on May 2, 1987. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She also enjoyed sewing, reading and gardening. Evelyn is survived by her children, Gary (Gwen) Baum, David (Nina) Baum, Janet “Sue” Rafferty (Dave) and Mike (Mary) Baum; daughter-in-law, Carrie Baum; grandchildren, David (Amanda) Baum, Daniel Baum, Brandy (Jesse) Baum, Chad (Cathy) Baum, Cory (C.J.) Baum, Sarah (Aaron) Baum, Erin (Tony) Baum and Michael Rafferty; great grandchildren, Hunter Baum, Ty Marchand and Ava Woodard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel F. Baum and sons, Daniel Baum II and Larry Baum. Friends will be received at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 (419-874-3133) on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 2:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. officiated by Evelyn’s nephew, Pastor Dennis Baum. Burial will follow at Ft. Meigs Union Cemetery.
