EVAMAY CLARA KIRKMAN EvaMay Clara Kirkman, 95, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Otterbein Perrysburg. EvaMay was born July 30, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio to Welcome C. and Clara M. (Gray) Bridge. She was the oldest living member of St. John XXIII. EvaMay enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. EvaMay will be dearly missed by all who loved her; especially her great friends from Dr. Mcauley’s Court whom she cared deeply for. She is survived by her children, Joseph (Roberta) Kirkman and Rebecca (Hershel) Cook; seven grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren and sister, Charlotte (Mario) Rossi. EvaMay was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, Joseph Noel, brother, Melvin Bridge and sister, Iva Shimman. Friends will be received Friday, August 19, 2016 from 2-8 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) where the rosary will be prayed at 7:30 P.M. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home, Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 9:15 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. at St. John XXIII, 24250 Dixie Highway, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551, burial to follow in Willow Cemetery, Oregon. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John XXIII.
