August 13, 1935 — November 11, 2024

Eula “Mae” Watkins, 89, of Genoa, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 11, 2024. She was born to Edward and Theodora (Heath) Troxell on August 13, 1935, in Jellico, Tennessee. She was raised in the mountain region of Harlan County, Kentucky, in the town of Evarts with her siblings Harold, Howard, Raymond, Francis (Robbins), and Betty (Davis).

Mae relocated to Ohio where she married Ralph Travillian and had two daughters, Gina (Terry) Traver and Shirleen Travillian. She later married Forester Watkins with his children Forest “Ed” (Ann), Phillip, and Mary Ann (Alan) Carter.

She was blessed with grandchildren, Danielle, Rachel, Tera, Aaron, Lance, Elizabeth, Jane and Alan “Bud”, along with many great-grandchildren.
