ETTA GAYLE WEINERT May 1, 1920 ~ June 13, 2014 Etta Gayle E. Weinert, age 94, of Toledo, Ohio died peacefully Sunday morning at Sylvania Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Senecaville, Ohio on May 1, 1920 to George Dewey and Beatrice M. (Neyman) Unklesbay. She is survived by her children, Terry L. (Judy) Reichelderfer, Melissa J. “Missy” (Monty) Goodfellow, Mary B. Hayes and J. D. (Linda) Reichelderfer; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, most notably her grandson David and his wife Shannon, who lovingly cared for and looked after Granny in her later years as well as her dear great granddaughter, Mickenzie Brown who will always have fond memories of backyard baseball games, root beer floats, playing rummy and her Granny’s smile that would light up the room. Etta Gayle was preceded in death by her parents George and Beatrice; husband, John Weinert as well as her loving daughter, Kimberly D. Brown. In honoring Etta Gayle’s wishes, there will be no visitation, however, memorial services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 1P.M. in the Chapel of Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Heaven gained a beautiful angel with so many amazing memories that will never be forgotten.
