Ervin A. Friess, Sr.

Ervin A. Friess, Sr., age 73, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Arbors at Oregon. Ervin was born in Florida on April 24, 1945 to Ervin A. and Dora (Brenner) Friess. He married his beloved wife, Amy, on September 23, 1963 and she preceded him in death. Ervin worked as a Laborer for Jeep for many years. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Ervin A. (Sue) Friess, II, Ronald (Crystal) Friess, Amy Martens, and Mark (Stephanie) Friess; 19 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Kenny (Jerry) Friess, Carol (Joe) Gutierrez, Mearle Friess, Pearl Kasakaitas and Darlene Friess. Ervin was preceded in death by his wife, and son, Kelly Friess. Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements are being provided by the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio.
