Eric S. Ferrell, age 52, of Perrysburg, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 11, 2025, at his home.
Eric was born on June 18, 1973, in Toledo, OH. On August 30, 2003, in Swanton, OH, he married the love of his life, Jenifer Ohlman, who survives him. For the past 18 years, Eric worked as a dedicated truck driver, most recently with Keller Logistics. He and Jenifer were longtime members of Cedar Creek Church in Perrysburg, where they both served faithfully on the church safety team. Eric’s deep faith in the Lord guided his life and was evident to all who knew him.
Eric loved the outdoors and enjoyed shooting, fishing, camping, and grilling. He could often be found relaxing in a hammock at the campground. Known for his sharp wit and infectious laugh, Eric had a natural ability to bring joy and humor wherever he went.
Above all, Eric’s greatest pride was his family. He was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, and a steady protector and provider. His warm hugs and the sense of safety he brought to his loved ones will be profoundly missed.
In addition to his beloved wife of over 21 years, Jenifer, Eric is survived by his children: Jake (Makaila), Emily (Michael), Ryan, Katelynne, and Amira; and his grandchildren, Colton and Waylon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nyena and his brother, Stanley.
Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd., Rossford, OH.
