Emily Brettel

Emily Brettel age 92, formerly of Bronxville, NY passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek surrounded by her family. Emily was born in Yonkers, NY on May 30, 1916, to James and Margaret Brettel. She was employed as a nurse until she retired. She is survived by her son, Norm Lou Ann Brettel; daughters, Susan Deutsch and Barbara William Doggett; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She preceded in death by her loving husband Norman, parents, son-in-law, Ira Deutsch and sister Margaret Baldwin. There will be no visitation and funeral services will be private.
