Elizabeth M. Appleyard-Olalde

Elizabeth M. Appleyard-Olalde, passed away, at Firelands Regional Medical Center on July 07, 2011, after a long struggle with cancer. She was born in Batavia, New York on February 07, 1960 and attended schools in Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Ohio. Elizabeth is survived by: Parents: Robert and Martha Appleyard from Port Clinton; Brother: Jay Mary Appleyard from Marblehead; Daughters: Gina Eversole from Florence, KY, Claire Godlewski Stanley from North Ridgeville, OH and Erica Eversole from Maumee, OH; Grandson: Jacob Godlewski from North Ridgeville, OH. The family would like special mention to go to long time companion Joseph Mares, who has been exceedingly steadfast and loyal. She was preceded in death by her infant sister: Linda and brother: John Appleyard and his family from New Jersey. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Elizabeth may be given to the Northcoast Cancer Care Center, 4117 Quarry Lakes Trail, Sandusky, OH 44870. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, assisted the family with arrangements.
