Eileen Agnes Pietrasz

Eileen Agnes (Finan) Pietrasz, 90, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her home on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. She married Raymond on October 8, 1960. After raising her children, she worked for years at Gerrard’s grocery store. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in Adrain, MI in 1949 and was a member of All Saints Catholic Church. Eileen loved socializing, the music at the library, sitting on her back deck, and trips to Gatlinburg. Her biggest enjoyment was spending time with her grandkids. She was their biggest supporter whether it was at their athletic events or drama productions. Eileen is survived by her children, Theresa (Walt) Burkey, Lorie, Jim (Sally) Pietrasz, and Amy (Joe) Schulte; grandchildren, Jessie (Nic) Bush, Ryan and Jake Pietrasz, and Brady, Austin, and Logan Cramer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray, parents James and Clara (Wasserman) Finan, brother Walter (Dorothy) Finan, sisters Margaret (Clifford) Foraker, Mary (Floyd) Pawlicki, and Hilda (Lee) Garn. A special thanks to Sue and Gerry Taylor, Becky Walker, and Cheryl Knorek for their amazing friendship to Eileen, and Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice, and especially Jennifer for their outstanding care they gave Eileen. Family and Friends will be received at Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home (419-666-1566), 830 Lime City Rd. Rossford, Ohio 43460 on Monday, February 21, 2022 from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated at All Saints Catholic Church, 630 Lime City Rd. Rossford, Ohio 43460 on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM with visitation prior from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
