Eileen C. Delaney

Eileen C. Delaney age 70, of Maumee died Saturday morning July 26, 2008 at Heatherdowns Care Center, Toledo. She was born in Toledo to Lee and Lillian Miller Davenport on January 7th, 1928. Eileen was employed at Maumee City Schools for 20 years as food service manager retiring in 1999. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She went out of her way to help others and was our angel here on earth. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Jerry Delaney; children, Brenda, Gary Deanna, Pam John, Greg Lisa and Steve Gail and 8 grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters, Pauline, Loretta, Carol, Evelyn and brothers, Clayton and Norm. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert and sisters, Josephine and Rose.
