Edward Kevin "Scotty" Fuller, 77, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his home on July 27, 2026. Born on May 19, 1949, to Ralph and Madeline V. (Ellis) Fuller. On September 27, 1975, Scotty married the love of his life, Pamela Marie Stahl.
A 1967 graduate of Whitney Vocational High School, Scotty answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Navy in January 1968. He proudly served as a Navy Hospital Corpsman, Third Class, in the Vietnam War. For his courageous service, he was awarded the Purple Heart, National Defense Service Medal, and the Bronze Star.
Scotty always went out of his way to make sure others were welcomed with love and joy. He enjoyed playing guitar, singing, and entertaining those he loved. He was also a devoted fan of Ohio State Buckeye football.
He was one of 13 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his beloved wife, Pam Fuller; sons, Kevin (Kristi) Fuller and Andrew Fuller and; his grandchildren, Kurtis, Madeline, Hazel, Ivy, Walter; and step-grandchildren Addison, Aidan, Kylie, Raegan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fort Meigs Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Honor Flight in Scotty's memory. Online condolences may be shared with the family at Walker Funeral Homes.
