Chwialkowski Edward J. Chile Edward J. Chile Chwialkowski peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and with his beloved wife, Veloria Vee on Friday morning, June 12, 2009. Chile was born on July 13, 1926, in Toledo, and graduated from Central Catholic High School. He worked for Gump Cadillac, Taylor Cadillac and, for many years for Fort Meigs Auto Electric. Chile will be fondly remembered for his love for working, for telling stories, for dancing, and for his witty and delightful joke-telling. He cherished the time spent with his good friends in the Eaters Group which met regularly for more than 20 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Wanda; brothers, Henry and Zigmund; and his sister, Alice. He is survived by his special friend of ten years, Marilyn Welzbacher; his children, Valorie Gary Walters, Kirk Pat Chwialkowski, Sue Jim Milam, and Chris Heidi Chwialkowski; his grandchildren, Chad Courtney, Kurt Randi, Elisa, Nick Kristen, Jesse, Carley, and Candice; his great-grandchildren, Caylie, Allison, Riley, and Katie; and his nieces and nephews. While he will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends, this grief is mixed with the joy in knowing he is where he longed to be. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-9:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd.. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday at Grace Church.
