Edith Fae Vroman

Edith Fae Vroman, 83, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2024, in the presence of her loving family. She was born in Cygnet, Ohio, on May 18, 1940, to her late parents, Harley and Nellie (Shufelt) Hefflinger.

Edith graduated from Westwood High School in Rudolph, Ohio, in 1958 and soon began her career at Motor Wheel where she was a technician for 32 years. She married her husband, Glenn H. Vroman, on November 11, 1958, in Walbridge, Ohio. They were happily married until his passing on September 5, 2012. Together they had six children and her love for them was immeasurable. She will be remembered for being rather quiet and reserved, but nothing brought her out of her shell more than spending time with her dear grandchildren. They simply brought her the most joy and she was so proud of them. She was a loved woman who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish Edith’s memory are her children, Kevin Vroman, Barb (Tim) Camick, Jerry (Tammy) Vroman, Shawn Lovato (Don); 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Robin Vroman; and special friend, Don Henry. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glenn H. Vroman; son, Keith Vroman; daughter, Glenna Vroman; and her siblings.

In accordance with Edith’s wishes, her services will be handled privately amongst her family. She will be laid to rest at Lake Township Cemetery.
