Edith Irene Eddy

Edith passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, Ohio at the age of 85. She was an amazingly devoted mother, grandmother and dear friend to many. Edith enjoyed gardening, Outer Banks vacations with her kids and spending time with her family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years Jack, and son-in-law, Gilbert Franklin. Edith is survived by her 5 daughters, Roxie Jean (Lloyd) Notman, Kathy Franklin, Debra (Ron) Shelt, Patty Eddy, Marsha Dickson (John Madden), 4 Grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to the staff of ProMedica Toledo Hospital and Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Family and Friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 1-6 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Roth Memorial Cemetery, Monclova, OH.
