Edelene A Serres

EDELENE SERRES Edelene A. Serres, age 89 of Holland died Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Spring Meadows Extended Care Facility. She was born in Toledo on August 6, 1929 to Edwin and Georgie (Wilson) Geiser. On January 14, 1950 she married John C. Serres who preceded her in death on May 20, 1996. Edelene was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who simply enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, John (Freda) Serres, Deborah (Art) Heudecker and William (Laurie) Serres; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Shirley (Jerry) Cullum; brother-in-law, George Serres as well as her sisters-in-law, Mary (Howard) Myers and Cathy Serres. Friends will be received on Monday, December 10, 2018 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Neville Shank Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, OH 43528 (419-865-8879) until services begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Springfield Township Cemetery.
