Ed W. Lenning

Ed W. Lenning, 69, of Graytown, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born on July 6, 1954, in Brazil, Indiana, to Clarence W. and Mercedese A. (Hoffman) Lenning. Ed retired from the BP Refinery in Oregon, Ohio as a terminal operator.

Ed had many hobbies and was always inquisitive about anything new. He liked to spend time researching the background on new things and was usually an expert before he jumped in with both feet! He enjoyed hunting and field trial competition with his Beagles, raising pigeons, and rabbits. Ed had a wealth of knowledge about guns and knives and other collectables. Gun and knife shows were a cherished pastime as he was good at wheeling and dealing and good conversation. He was musically inclined and liked to play the guitar and collect them as well.

Ed lived his life on his own terms and passed on from this life on his own terms. He will be missed – his pain is over.

Ed is survived by his brother, Ron Lenning and his wife Pam and was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Mercedese Lenning.
