Earl Lambert

Earl E. Lambert, 75, of Port Clinton, OH died Friday, September 7, 2012 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, OH. He was born on February 12, 1937 in Wimber, PA to Alvin and Londa Shaffer Lambert. On June 7, 1986 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH he married Betty J. Polsky, and she survives. Earl worked on the assembly line at Ford Motor Co. in Northfield, OH for 30 years, retiring in 1986. He also worked as a fishing boat charter captain on The Fisherman from 1982-1996. Earl loved to deer hunt and fish, as well as fly fish. In addition to his loving wife of 26 years, Betty, he is survived by his daughter: Cindy Freddie Lentz of Union Town, OH, step-children: Cheryl Conway of Napoleon, OH, Michael Nancy Conway of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Diane Dee Conway of Avon, OH, Jay Linda Conway of Beavercreek, OH, Gail Doug Boatman Conway of Portland, OR, and Dane Julia Conway of Archer, FL, grandchildren: Jeffrey & Matthew Elton, Jennifer Felter, Theadore Conway, Sean & Liam Conway, Caitlyn & Morgan Aldersea, and Reese Bea Conway, great grandchildren: Axel, Skye, & Luke Elton, Natalie Rose & Tyler Felter, and Gabriel Conway, siblings: Albert Becky Lambert of Chicago, IL, Charlotte Chester Bond of Alsip, IN, Ivan Becky Lambert of Stow, OH, and Darlene Henry Lam of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-son: Theodore Conway, granddaughter: Ashleigh Aldersea, and brother: Quay Lambert. At Earls request, cremation is taking place, and memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in memory of Earl may be given to the American Lung Association.
