Dylan Wayne Douglas Ball, 19, Perrysburg, Ohio passed away on January 11, 2022. He was preceded in death by his older half-brother, Jacob, and grandparents: Eva Potts, Edward Ball, and James Day. Dylan is the cherished youngest son of Edward and Debra and is special to each of his brothers and sisters: Mindy (Wassim) Chehouri, Kristin Brown, Nathan Ball and Jeri (Tony Brubaker). Dylan was loved by many special cousins, aunts, and uncles. And one who he cherished so fondly was his Uncle Wayne for whom Dylan was named after. They shared a very special bond. Uncle Wayne was his devoted fan. He rarely missed a baseball game, or track meet, and was a big motivator behind his weightlifting and musical interests.
Dylan was a loyal and dedicated friend to many including his girlfriend Megan, best friend Gavin, and many others, young and old. Dylan was enrolled at the University of Findlay and then at Bowling Green State University, respectively. Dylan was an avid track and field athlete, orchestra member, and an extremely proficient guitarist. Dylan was especially drawn to the outdoors and was awestruck by the beauty of nature. His sister Mindy and others blessed the last summer of his life with a blissful trip to Big Sky, Montana. He loved playing worship music at Maumee Community Church with his father. His infectious smile will be missed by all who knew him.

Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.
