Douglas Charles Osburn, age 66, of Toledo, passed away at his residence on Sunday, August 3, 2008. He was born on July 9, 1942 in Ypsilanti, MI to Harold and Marlene Ealy Osburn. He is survived by sister, Shirley Chancey Jones; son, Dean Darla Tooman; daughter, Valerie Cook; granddaughter, Paige Manuel; sister-in-law, Doris Osburn; nephew, Perry Vicki Osburn niece, Julie Steve Whatlow and nephew, Matt Kim Osburn. Visitation will be at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Friday from 12 noon until the time of service which will be 2:00 PM followed by emtombment at Toledo Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to donors choice.
