Douglas P. Mcatee

Doug P. McAtee, 57, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Friday, December 15, 2017, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH, after a short battle with cancer, surrounded by his family. He was born on October 25, 1960 in Port Clinton, the son of Louis “Ken” and Mary E. (Leary) McAtee. Doug was a graduate of Port Clinton High School class of 1979. Doug was self employed doing lawn care and snow removal for the last 7 years. He loved playing poker and was good at it, gardening and working on cars. Doug will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Left to cherish his memory: Son: Styles D. McAtee; Mother: Mary E. McAtee; Brother: David (Marnie) McAtee; Sisters: Denise (Ken) Ratliff and Diane McAtee; Granddaughter: Jasmyne and Aunts, Uncles Cousins. Doug was preceded in death by his father. Visitation will be from 9-10AM, Thursday, January 04, 2017 at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, followed by the memorial service conducted by Father John Missler at 10:00AM.
