My loving husband, Doug Ankenbrandt, has gone home to heaven. You were loved so very much by so many family members and friends, but especially by me your wife Jackie. Your love was unconditional, and I was so blessed to be a part of you. My only regret is that you couldnt keep your promise to grow old with me. Pray for us who you have left behind as you join your parents Nellie and Joe; your brothers Joseph T., Bill, Bob, and Johnny; and special sister-in-law Kathleen. Your surviving siblings Ray, Tiny, Mary, Marcia, Jane, Ruth, Charlie, Nancy, and Tim; and your special godson Greg, wish you love and peace. Watch over us as we keep you close in our hearts. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Josephs Catholic Church 104 W. Broadway St., Maumee on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 10:30 AM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to Mass.
