Dorothy A. Wight

Dorothy A. Wight, age 85, of Perrysburg, OH passed away on Monday, February 21, 2011, at The Perrysburg Care Center. Dorothy was employed at Damschroeders Clothing Store for many years. She was member of First Presbyterian Church, Perrysburg, and various garden clubs. Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family, her dogs, and loved doing her many crafts as well as monogramming, sewing and gardening. She is survived by her daughters; Trudi Lynn Urie and Ruth Ann Ronald Whited; grandchildren, Ronnie Donna Whited, Rick Melissa Whited, Scott Hopkins and Dawn Hopkins; great-grandchildren, Kyle, Andrew, Mackenzie and Erin and nieces and nephews. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Durward Woody son, Ronald Hopkins; parents; brothers, Glen Buddy Salyers, Arvel Salyers and a sister, Dottie Miles. Family and friends may visit at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant, Maumee on Thursday, February 24, 2011 from 4:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am. at the First Presbyterian Church, 200 E. Second St. Perrysburg, OH. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
