Dorothy Jean Miley

Dorothy Jean Miley, 84, of Oak Harbor, OH, passed away, Thursday, June 09, 2011, at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor, OH. She was born December 17, 1926 in Grand Rapids, OH, the daughter of Robert N. and Imogene C. Nafus Baron. On July 31, 1953 in Monroe, MI, she married William C. Miley and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2005. Dorothy was a homemaker and was a food service worker for the Toledo Public Schools for many years. She was a member of the First Congregational Church, Toledo, OH. Dorothy loved spending time with her family and gardening. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include: Daughter: Loretta David Baker; Grandson: Robert Baker; Granddaughter: Jessica Baker; Sisters: Catherine Joseph DeLage and Loretta John Darrow; Nieces: Catherine Will Chester Darrow and Dorothy David Darrow. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother: Charles O. Baron, nephew: John Darrow, Jr. and niece: Elizabeth Darrow. There will be no visitation. A Memorial service will be conducted by Pastor David Tinker at 1:30PM, Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Riverview Healthcare Campus. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Dorothy may be given to Riverview Healthcare Campus. Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor, OH assisted the family with arrangements.
