Dorothy Mae Mann

Dorothy M. Mann, 86, of Perrysburg passed away at her home Thursday, November 24, 2011. She was born in Perrysburg on August 9, 1925 to Karl W. and Florence L. (Alwood) Keivel and graduated from Perrysburg High School. She was married in Perrysburg on February 25, 1950 to Earl Mann who preceded her in death on September 27, 1992. Dorothy was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed gardening and planting flowers. She loved shopping, entertaining and planning parties where her generous and giving spirit were ever present. She is survived by her son, John Mann; daughters, Jane Pierson and Betsy (Mark) Evanoff; grandchildren, David, Doug, and Nick (Sarah) Pierson, Kristen (Keith) Dawson, Chris and Karl Evanoff; great-grandchildren, Luke, Gavin and Kyla Dawson; goddaughter, Amy (David) Lamberger; great-nephew, Jack Lamberger; sister, Margaret (Tom) Zollars; brother, Al Keivel and many dear nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Monday, November 28, 2011 at Fort Meigs Cemetery in Perrysburg with Pastor Ruth Cunning presiding. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Astor House Activity Fund or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
