Dorothy Ann Clark

Dorothy Clark, age 88, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Kingston Care Center in Sylvania, OH. Dorothy was born in Toledo to Lloyd and Florence Stanley. Dorothy was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord. She enjoyed shopping outings and going to dinner with her beloved family. She especially liked the holiday season because it meant gathering with family and friends. A favorite pastime of Dorothys was watching old movies and TV shows. She was very generous and gave freely. Dorothys gifts were always heartfelt, whether they be tangible or the gift of insight. She was a dog lover and always had a dog or two for companionship. Zoe, always held a special place in her heart. Dorothy is survived by her children, Sandy (Lenny) Hart, Barbara Clark, Debra (Tom) Benz, Tracy (Mae) Clark, and Pamela (Bill) Sherman; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren with 3 more on the way. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki Cole; and brother, Lloyd Charles Stanley. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 4-8:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.) where funeral services will be held Thursday, December 28th at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
