Dorothy Ann Arbinger

Arbinger Dorothy Ann Dorothy Ann Arbinger, age 84, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at West Toledo Health Care Center. Dorothy was born in Dundee, MI on October 31, 1924 to George and Gertrude Moules. She was an executive secretary for Dana before joining Lehn and Fink where she worked for 16 years until retiring in 1990. An avid sports mom, Dorothy enjoyed cheering on her children and grandchildren at their various sporting events. She was also a loyal dog and cat lover. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Rich Debbie and Robert Debra Arbinger; daughter, Carol Akens; grandchildren, Jason, Mike, and Kristen Arbinger, Amy Malko, Chris Martzke, and Rachael Arbinger; brother, John Moules; and sister, Mary Spafford. She was preceded in death by Frank J. Arbinger; sisters, Rita Moules and Gertrude Griss; and brother, George Moules. Visitation will be held Sunday from 4-8:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. where funeral services will begin on Monday with prayers at 9:15am. Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 10:00am at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
