Doris M. Forry

Doris Mae Forry (aka Nana) was reunited in Heaven on August 5, 2025. She was born on May 31, 1932 to Clarence and Florence (Kemerer) Wolfe in Reading , Pennsylvania. She married William Forry on April 26, 1955.

She was the cherished mother to Beth, Bob, Jill, Greg, Chip and Tonya; devoted Nana to grandchildren: David, Haley, Nicole, Andrew, Molly, Laura, Kara, Matthew, Mackenzie and great-grandchildren: Camille, Rowan, Oliver, Silas, Ezra, Nash, Maela and new baby great-grandson on the way.

Faith was deeply important to Nana, and she was a faithful member of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church. She was an avid reader, including her Bible every morning. Despite having a lively Buckeye family, she was a proud Penn State football fan. She kept an impeccably clean and organized home and always made everyone feel welcome.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St, Maumee, OH. Visitation will continue Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am in the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 13101 Five Point Road Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. The family wishes to thank all the nurses and aides at Manor of Perrysburg, especially Patsy.
