Donna Elaine Keck

Donna Elaine Keck, 76, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on November 3, 1949, in Toledo to Ora and Josephine Snyder. She graduated from Northview High School in 1967 and later married the love of her life, Ronald Keck, with whom she shared many beautiful years.

Donna worked as a beautician, a profession that perfectly suited her artistic nature and her gift for making others feel cared for. Her creativity extended far beyond the salon. She was an avid crafter who delighted in decoupage, knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, and making wreaths. Her hands were rarely still, and her family cherishes the many pieces she lovingly created.

A passionate collector of cookbooks, Donna loved exploring new recipes. She and Ron spent many cherished times camping in Bellaire, Michigan, a place that held countless happy memories. She also loved visiting Ohio’s Amish Country, where she found joy in its peaceful landscapes and simple beauty.

Above all, family was at the center of Donna’s life. She had a signature way of showing her love by always waiting at the door, ready with a warm greeting and open arms whenever her loved ones arrived. That simple gesture made every visit feel like coming home.

Donna’s legacy of creativity, warmth, and unwavering love will be forever treasured by all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Jeff (Jodie) Keck; granddaughters, Jasmine and Julianna; sister, Janice Dombrowski; nephew, Michael Molnar; niece, Cara (Matt) Rose; great nieces, Michelle Molnar and Reagan Rose; and great-great niece, Nicole Molnar. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Ora and Josephine; husband, Ronald; canine companion, Kali; and feline companion, Maggie.
