Donna Mae Cox

Donna Mae Cox, age 81, on July 3 , 2016 left us, at her home, and went home to be with the Lord. Donna was born May 17, 1935 in Lambertville, MI to Enos Robert and Margaret Jane (Lemmon) Prickett. She attended school in Toledo. She was the Mama behind Mamas Kitchen. She enjoyed going to church and listening to Hymns. Mama loved fishing, usually every Thursday. She loved her family and her extended family at Mamas Kitchen. Mama was always quick to give hugs and enjoyed receiving them as well. She is survived by her children, Cheryl (Richard) Zattau, Kenneth (Jeanne) Dukeshire, Karen (Bill) Ruckreigle, Teri (Tracy) Davis, Michelle (Chris) Krum, Steve (Kathy) Cox; special grandchildren, Christian Krum, Heather Wendt, Jonathan Ruckreigle and many other grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Pam Dukeshire; husband, Russell Cox, Sr.; her parents and siblings. Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 12:00 PM-5:00 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave (west of Corey Rd) where services will be held Thursday at 5:00 PM. Everyone at Mamas Kitchen were special, but none as special as Cheryl Krzeminski, Sue Young and Tami Belanga for helping Mama on days she was weak, holding her up when she was down and mainly for just making her feel as special as she truly was.
