Donna Kay Carnegie

Donna Kay Carnegie, 82, of Perrysburg passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Donna was born June 13, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to Lionel and Margaret (Hill) Cook. She married Robert Carnegie and he passed away in 1998.

Donna dedicated over 40 years of her life to the glass industry, working initially for BR Baker Company before joining Owens Illinois. Additionally, her time as the activities director at the Manor of Perrysburg showcased her love for connecting with others and brightening their days. Outside of work, she found joy in playing golf and cherished moments spent with her friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and her parents.
