Donald T Sekulski Jr. was known as many things to many people. He was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew him best, Don will be remembered as a very exceptional person. He was the son of Don Sr. and Stella Sekulski. Don grew up in Toledo, Ohio. Don was raised with one younger sister, Ann. He graduated from Maumee High School in 1991 and earned his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo. Always considered a good friend to those he knew, Don enjoyed a broad group of acquaintances and several very close friends during his lifetime. While growing up, one of his best friends was Richard Lake, Jr. Later in life, he became friends with Bruce Heuer, Brad Schusterman, Brandon Begin and many others. He considered his wife, Brenna, his best friend. On August 6, 2011 Don exchanged wedding vows with Brenna Marie Sullivan on the beach in Castries, St. Lucia. In his college years, Don continued to stay active by working out. Don enjoyed watching football and participating in a fantasy football league with his friends. Don and Brenna joined St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Bowling Green, Ohio in June of 2014. Their daughter, Fynnigan was baptized there on June 22nd. Don enjoyed traveling and time away on vacations. It was a chance for him to renew and relax, to visit new places and experience new things. Favorite vacations included his high school graduation trip to Hawaii, a surprise trip to Bar Harbor, Maine with Brenna, and his wedding and honeymoon trip to St. Lucia. Don passed away on September 10, 2014 at The University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
