Donald R Taylor

Donald R. Taylor age 67 of Toledo passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in Toledo Hospital surrounded by his children and siblings. He was born August 6, 1950 in Toledo to Robert D. and Marietta Rusty (Seavolt) Taylor. He was a 1968 graduate of Sylvania High School. He was a devoted partner and architect at Rossi and Associates for 40 years. An avid golfer, Don was a member of the league champions in 2015 and 2017. A University of Michigan football fan, he enjoyed working with his hands. He was also a member of St. Josephs Parish, Sylvania. Preceded in death by his parents, Don is survived by his children Armond, Aaron (Lindsey), and Zach (Danielle) Taylor; granddaughters Abigail and Liliana with a grandson on the way; brother Denny (Marcia) Taylor; sisters Anne (Tom) Holmes and Sue (Doug) Daschner; and nieces and nephews Chad and Brook Taylor, Julie Rousseau, Matthew Holmes, Kevin Daschner and Stacey Wells. Friends may visit the family on Friday from 5-8 PM in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey). Visitation will continue at St. Josephs Catholic Church 5373 Main St. Sylvania on Saturday after 12:30 PM where the funeral mass will follow at 1:30 PM. Interment will be private.
